FISH - Oriental style Salmon with noodles

 

DAY 1 - EVENING MEAL

VEGAN - Cauliflower and Asparagus Tart with Salad

PALEO - Venison Steak ,wild mushrooms and red onion with sweet potato mash

FISH - Pan fried Sea Bass, Gaspacho salsa and carrot, suede and cauliflower purée 

 

DESSERT

VEGAN -  Hot poached peaches and pears with chocolate sauce

PALEO - Coconut and banana pancakes drizzled with honey.

VEGAN - Broccoli, cauliflower and carrot suet pie with soya cream and chive sauce served with sweet potato fries.

PALEO - Roast beef with wild mushroom in a lite garlic sauce served with individual vegetarian haggis, needs and tattie towers.

FISH - Luxury Fish Pie with Salmon, Cod Loin, Scollops and Prawns, topped with mash and crusted cheese.

 

DESSERT

VEGAN - Pecan Pie and coconut ice cream

PALEO - Roast Chicken with fennel and lemon, steamed broccoli and cauliflower served with sweet potato fries.

FISH - Pan fried mild chilli and garlic seasoned salmon, served with frittata.
