As spaces on the retreat are very limited, we ask for a £150 deposit to secure your place. Once the deposit has been received, your space will be reserved exclusively for you.

 

The remaining balance can then be spread over four further payments,

with the following payment schedules:

For shared accommodation

• £150 — 19 November 2026

• £150 — 19 December 2026

• £150 — 19 January 2027

• £120 final payment due by — 19 February 2027

​For single accommodation

• £200 — 19 November 2026

• £200 — 19 December 2026

• £200 — 19 January 2027

• £200 final payment — 19 February 2027

We completely understand that plans can sometimes change, so if you’re unable to attend, your payments may be transferred to another retreat date or, where possible, to another guest taking your place, subject to availability.

 

If the retreat has to be cancelled by us, you would of course receive a full refund of any payments made.
